The 4 teams: Crewi, Dulas, Dyfi &amp; Llyfnant competed in a number of different events, including sprint and long distant races, relays, obstacle races and mini marathons. It was great to see so many taking part and enjoying themselves and a spirit of healthy competition sustaining the afternoon. There were quite a few close races and some individuals crossed the finishing line in real style. Dyfi team had been ahead all afternoon, but Crewi team showed how perseverance and teamwork can reap benefits.
