Teithiodd disgyblion Ysgol Bro Hyddgen ar Ddydd Mercher yr ail o Chwefror i Dolerw yn y Drenewydd. Roedd pawb yn falch iawn o gynrychioli yr Ysgol yng ngysadleuaeth Traws Gwlad ysgolion Powys. Braf oedd cael cyfle i ailgydio mewn gweithgareddau o\u2019r fath wedi cyfnod hir. Aeth cynrychiolaeth dda o flwyddyn 7- 10, a phawb yn awyddus o dan amodau ffafriol.<\/p>\n
Cafodd yr Ysgol cryn lwyddiant, gyda nifer o ddisgyblion yn sicrau safleoedd teilwng ar ddiwedd y dydd, a phawb wedi gwneud eu gorau glas. Cafodd pawb brofiad gwych yn y Drenewydd. Llongyfarchiadau i bawb a gymerodd rhan yn enwedig Ania, Heledd, Lewis, Jonah o flwyddyn 7 a Dyfed o flwyddyn 9. Ymlaen a nhw i\u2019r rownd nesaf a chynrychioli Powys ym Mhencampwriaeth traws gwlad cenedlaethol ysgolion Cymru. Er gwaethaf y tywydd dychrynllyd sicrhaodd Ania, Heledd a Lewis safleoedd gwych ar ddiwedd y dydd. Da iawn i chi\u2019ch tri are eich camp! Diolch i Miss Wyn a Celt am fynd a ni ar y daith.<\/p>\n
Sicrhaoedd Ania 28, Heledd yn 72 ac Lewis 61 allan o 92 o blant siroedd Cymru yn Aberhonddu.<\/p>\n

It was great to be competing again after such a long break due to Covid. It was fantastic to have so many pupils from Year 7 to 10 representing the school.<\/p>\n Many pupils did very well achieving good results and progressing to the Welsh Schools Cross Country Finals held at Brecon Athletics track. Congratulations to Ania, Heledd, Lewis and Jonah from Year 7 and Dyfed in Year 9 for being selected to represent Powys.<\/p>\n The weather was far from good at Brecon last Saturday, but all pupils tried their best and achieved great results.
